WhatSUP's paddleboard camp is dedicated to teaching children how to stand up paddle board along with building good sportsmanship, leadership skills, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Weekly session is Monday - Friday from 9am-1pm

Children ages 9-14 come enjoy lots of fun activities at the beach this summer! Camp will include paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, beach games, yoga, eco-tours, water safety, races, contests, and much more. Every Friday we will celebrate the end of the week with a cookout at the beach. Counselors are skilled, knowledgeable and very experienced as well as WPA and CPR/AED certified.

What are the requirements?
The children need to be between ages 9-14. All children need to be confident swimmers. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
What will be provided at the camp?
Each camper will be provided the following:
Stand up paddle board, paddle, life jacket (PFD), whistle, chairs, water and gatorade, various beach toys
Transportation and lunches?
Transportation is required and will not be provided. The children will need to bring their own lunch daily along with a water bottle. Water and gatorade will be provided at the camp all day.
What happens when it rains?
On rainy days we will do various activities throughout Tampa. A few examples may be go out to lunch, skating, bowling, movies, etc. The shop is located on the beach so we are able to go inside to see what the weather does and then decide the activity.
How do we sign up?
Parents are able to sign up online this year here. The registration form will be in the confirmation email. Please fill those out before the child attends camp.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at registration to hold the child’s space for the camp and the remaining balance is due the weekend before camp starts. Full payments can be made at registration.

What do the kids bring and/or wear to the camp?
The kids can show up in either regular clothes or athletic clothes with their bathing suits under it. The kids will need to bring the following daily:
-beach bag or backpack -water bottle
-dry clothes to change into -extra clothes
-towel -goggles and snorkel
